Trot-Up Reels
For filming trot-ups only at an event I am attending (included in full event coverage)

Includes 1 reel (around 20-45 seconds), and any candid photos I take of you.
With eventing having 3 phases I often have time clashes so have to choose what to prioritise. My top priority is which phase has the most people at one time, but if there are even numbers at different disciplines, three phase bookings are highest priority, and single phase bookings lowest. Booking into Trot-Up Reels will mean I look out for your times and if it happens to fit into my schedule I will try and get footage of you. I do not take pre-payment or a deposit for Trot-Up Reel bookings, you just book so I can have your information stored to find your times, then if I do manage to capture you I will then get in contact (through your preferred method, as asked on the booking form) and inform you of whether I managed to film you and will send you the link for you to then purchase the product after the event. My policy is that nothing is sent out until payment is received. Please allow up to 3 days after payment to receive your video and any photos via email transfer. Photos are viewed as an add on, taken if timings allow and all are included.

How you will be filmed
I film portrait and in 100fps which makes it super smooth slow motion. As I am recording at such high quality it cannot record audio as this would be too much information to process, this also means I can only record in clips of up to 34 seconds a time. This just means I may film each trot up direction as separate clips. If you require videos filmed in landscape, normal speed or longer format at high quality, or with sound for any reason, please get in contact to discuss.
You will be sent a fully edited reel of your trot-up and any candid photos I am able to capture, which is dependent on timings/positioning.
I personally believe music adds a lot to these videos, however I edit them silent so you can add whatever music you would like to. If you have a specific song request you would like me to match the video to I am more than happy to do so, you will just need to contact me either at time of booking or as soon as possible after payment.
