Includes 1 reel of your full day (around 1 minute-1:30), any candid/warm up photos I take of you, and XC clips. Extended Dressage and Showjumping footage is available at £10 extra per phase if there is any extra clips you would like.
With eventing having 3 phases I often have time clashes so have to choose what to prioritise. My top priority is which phase has the most people at one time, but if there are even numbers at different disciplines, three phase bookings are highest priority, as well as being the best value for money package. Booking into Full Event Coverage will require a £15 deposit in advance for a one day event, £20 for a two day event and £25 for a three day event. This will be fully refunded if I am unable to capture your day or the event is cancelled, however if you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice I will keep the deposit as it contributes to my travel costs. This is also the case if you don’t complete your rounds or don’t make it to your phases for any reason, as I may have turned other people down to film you. If you have partially completed your phases I will assess how much footage I have and can reflect this in the price. If I am unable to attend any of your phases I will only charge you for what I have covered. Once I have filmed your rounds I get in touch (through your preferred method, as asked on the booking form) and send you the link for you to then complete the rest of the payment (£50 for a one day event, £55 for a two day event, £60 for a three day event). My policy is that nothing is sent out until full payment is received. Please allow up to 5 days after payment to receive your video and any candid/warm-up photos via email transfer. Photos are viewed as an add on, taken if timings allow and all are included. If the event is long format, I try to include steeplechase or any trot-ups if timings allow.

How you will be filmed
I film portrait and in 100fps which makes it super smooth slow motion. It records in slow motion, so any videos you receive raw can be sped up by around 3.5x to appear real time. As I am recording at such high quality it cannot record audio as this would be too much information to process, this also means I can only record in clips of up to 34 seconds a time. This just means I film in separate lines of fences/movements dressage and won’t record corners, for this reason I recommend you still have someone record you normally if possible as I am offering a different kind of service. If you require videos filmed in landscape, normal speed or longer format at high quality, or with sound for any reason, please get in contact to discuss.
You will be sent a fully edited reel of your day and any candid/warm up photos I am able to capture, which is dependent on timings/positioning. I only take photos outside of the round out of respect for the official photographers, so I photograph and film in warm ups but I will only film during the competition arena.
I personally believe music adds a lot to these videos, however I edit them silent so you can add whatever music you would like to. If you have a specific song request you would like me to match the video to I am more than happy to do so, you will just need to contact me either at time of booking or as soon as possible after payment.
If you have any blips (refusals, falls etc.) I can send these clips over at request free of charge, as they can be very valuable for analysis. However, if you would like these clips deleted I totally understand and am more than happy to do so if asked.
